Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2011

★★★☆☆
(how do my ratings work?)

Hails from: Kent, England. Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier

Fresh-looking mid-lemon colour with gorgeous aromas of buttery biscuit, rose and red apple skins. Soft mousse on the palate. Acid is very high backed up by lemon, grapefruit and more red apple. Creamy, long finish. This would be a very good choice with salmon canapés.

Sparkling Wine made by: Gusbourne.
