Hails from: Anderson Valley in California, USA. Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Simply beautifully made. Very fine and persistent mousse that’s brightly coloured and alluring. Very autolytic nose; cream, biscuits and red apple crumble come to mind. The palate is more balanced with red apple, grapefruit and wild berry notes, a creamy texture and a long biscuity finish. Very full bodied and you can’t help but ask: “More, please!”
Sparkling White Wine made by: Louis Roederer (USA)
