Hails from: Duoro, Portugal; Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz
LBV is too often overlooked for quality. This particular vintage, the 09, is absolutely lovely and Graham’s is one of my favourite examples. Rich and jammy nose with spices, jammy fruit and very well integrated alcohol on the palate. I would happily have a few of these. Great choice not just with cheese but also fruitcake and dark chocolate.
