Hails from: Burgundy, France; Grapes: Chardonnay
Water white in colour. White blossom, lemon and a bit of green apple on the nose. Very dry in style with peach, elderflower and soft apple notes on the palate. Elegantly made. This wine does everything to try and illustrate the terroir of Chablis aiming for a crisp and steely white with subtle fruit and elegant structure. It does a pretty good job of pulling it off! Try with some goat’s cheese.
