Hails from: Anadia, Portugal; Grapes: Arinto, Cercial, Chardonnay

Pale coloured with a shy nose of green apple and cream. Pithy lemon palate and a run of grapefruit with a fine, albeit short-lived, mousse. Tight and acidic finish. Could shine with fish but a little disappointing on its own. Some creamy notes but otherwise difficult to know this had been made in the traditional method.
