Jess is the founder of Mouse & Grape and a cheese and wine pairing connoisseur. Mouse and Grape is a luxury cheese and wine company that specialises in paired cheese and wine hampers and tasting events.

For Jess, cheese and wine has been her greatest passion for over a decade, and she loves to share this obsession with others. Over the last 10 years she has worked in different industries such as hospitality, PR and property but she knew her true passion was in cheese and wine! After losing her job due to Covid-19, she decided to turn her love of cheese and wine into a business. She worked at Dalling & Co wine shop in Kings Langley and started her Instagram account @mouseandgrape sharing her favourite cheese and wine combinations.

Jess noticed that there were places to buy cheese or wine online, but not somewhere which focused on both in equal measure. It is the celebration of this iconic duo together that inspired her to create Mouse & Grape. Using her extensive knowledge, tasting experience and qualifications (having completed her Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 with merit and Academy of Cheese training) and working with The Princes Trust, she has selected the best quality wines and cheeses and curated the ultimate cheese and wine pairing boxes and tasting events.

Today Jess has created a cheese & wine Instagram community, and works part-time as a cheesemonger at La Fromagerie in Marylebone London. Jess also writes articles for cheese and wine websites and publications. Her company, Mouse & Grape, ships wine and cheese hampers across the UK and Jess hosts corporate tasting experiences for companies in London and private events like birthdays and hen parties.
