★★ Great Wine “Lime gold. Aromas of dried lime, toasted peanut, green apple skin and plum.“
Varietal Riesling with 8.0% abv. 23 years old at time of tasting.
Grown in: Mosel, GERMANY
I enjoyed this wine with a spicy hot broth of udon noodles with chilli, ginger, garlic, onion, red pepper and Pak Choi. Light sweetness offset the spice beautifully.
