Ben says

★★★ Outstanding Wine Very nutty, slightly spiced nose bursting with apple fruit. A little smoked cheese shows some lees ageing. On the palate it’s mineral and bold, its texture electric yet delivering layers of cream, red apples, white peaches and pears. There’s that little tropical banana-like hint but it’s so subtle and well versed. On the finish it’s long and wonderfully rounded.
