Ben says

★ Good Wine “Once you’re past the eye-catching wallpaper label, this is classic Crémant de Limoux. Gentle fizz and aromas of orchard fruits on the nose. Firm acidity behind a gently creamy, autolytic mousse and a melody of apples of all kinds on the palate. Proper Cheers-lifting bubbly.”

Ben Franks Wine Tasting Note Producer Profile

About the Producer

Maison Antech has been focused on making fine sparkling wines in the Limoux for the last 500 years. It says its secret is the combination of three terroirs to make its blends: sloping aspects on the mountainous vineyards of the Pyrenes, fresh salinity from the coastal vines near the ocean, and rounded character from the warmth of the Mediterranean.
