Ben says
★ Good Wine “Bright and grassy, this wine has a very orange-like zesty nose. Its fizzy and electric as hell on the palate, bursting with tangerine and grapefruit. The wine is a little all over the place, but in a fun and quirky way. Nevertheless, the wine’s fresh and perfect for sharing on a summer’s afternoon.“
KEY POINTS
85% Hondarrabi Zuri and 15% Chardonnay with 11.0% abv. Picked from vineyards that slope towards the Cantabrian sea.
Grown in: Getariako, Basque, SPAIN.
Food Pairing
Tangy fresh whites, similar to Vinho Verde, love salads, white fish and sheep’s cheese. I personally like to drink them on their own, or with simple nibbles like salted crisps.
