Ben says
★★ Great Wine “Fruity white with aromas of sweet white pear and green apple with subtle pepper and green herbs. Tangy, full, textured and lightly creamy with a mix of pear, peach, apple and lychee. Rose and pepper spice. A bite of green to finish. Rounded and long.“
KEY POINTS
Varietal and organic Gruner Veltliner with 12.0% abv, made in stainless steel.
Grown in: Kamptal, Niederosterreich, AUSTRIA.
Food Pairing
Excellent with salmon ceviche, but because it packs fruit it’s also a delicious match to serve nearer room temperature with coconut curries. It will easily serve the classic white wine winners: oysters, grilled white fish and creamy pasta.
