Ben says
★ Good Wine “Bright ruby Pinot Noir with fragrant red berry aromas. It’s light but fresh, something echoed on the palate with its crunchy, fruity style. Tiptoes across your palate and then its gone, not quite ethereal but very easy to sip with glee.“

KEY POINTS
Varietal Pinot Noir with 12.0% abv. Harvested by hand from the organic vineyard Napholdcsillag Kert. Whole cluster and crushed berries layered spontaneous fermentation for 9 days on skins, before it is gently pressed and split for fermentation to finish partially in tank and partially in barrel. Aged for a further 4 months in barrel and bottled unfiltered.
Grown in: Mór, Upper Pannon, HUNGARY.
Food Pairing
As I always say, good Pinot will go with anything. Having said that, these lighter delicate styles can be washed away if the food is particularly fatty or salty. Instead try the wine chilled with a platter of cured meats and light sheep’s cheese.
