Ben says
★★ Great Wine “Light gold and beautifully aromatic with stone fruits, citrus and jasmine. It lures you into the glass that lives up to the nose with vibrant fruit and lively acidity. There’s a savoury, mouth-watering, almost saline finish that makes the wine easy to love.”
KEY POINTS
Varietal Vermentino with 12.5% abv.
Grown in: Liguria, ITALY.
Food Pairing
I enjoyed this on its own but I imagine it going really well with garlic chicken or a creamy pasta dish with diced crispy bacon.

About the Producer
Part of Lunae’s history can be traced back to the Romans but in recent history the estate was established and built by the Bosoni family. Today the fifth generation winemaker is Paolo Bosoni, who took over in 1966. They have 65 hectares of vines at an altitude of around 250m above sea level, which is protected by the Alps.
