Ben says

★ Good Wine Ruby going on garnet. Alluringly umami on the nose with shittake mushrooms over sweet balsamic and berries. Slight sandpaper tannins and a syrup-like texture open out into a fruity and soft red wine. The Touriga adds a good plug of ripe fruit.
