★★★ Outstanding Wine “Lime gold and long notes. Aromas of lime peel, orange peel, Turkish delight and lime leaf. Lemon and mint. Palate starts waxy before flowing into a creamy mix of mint, soft green apple, fresh lemon, citrus rind. Truly memorable – and not just because I was sipping it on the Positano coastline.”
Varietal Pinot Blanc with 13.5% abv and 2.3g/litre residual sugars.
Grown in: Alto Adige, ITALY.
Enjoyed with a dish of Mediterranean chicken thighs and legs with cherry tomatoes, roasted new potatoes, courgettes and peppers. Enjoyed for lunch overlooking Positano beach at Ristorante Hotel Covo dei Saraceni.
