Ben says
★★ Great Wine “Light coloured but intense on the nose with bursts of juicy orange, vanilla, and clove – all high intensity and characterful. It’s a wine to spend your time swirling and sniffing. It’s bold, backed by oak, and satisfying on the palate with a mix of apple danish, sourdough bread and honeyed quince. Happily enjoyed lightly chilled!“
KEY POINTS
Varietal Marsanne with 13.0% abv. Hand-harvested from organic vines in Les Miaux lieu-dit, and the wine is matured for 10-12 months on its fine lees, partially in oak, partially in stainless steel tank.

Food Pairing
Either drink this very lightly chilled with a roast turkey and all the trimmings, or enjoy chilled on the patio with friends and a falafel and red pepper salad. Or lots of humus and garlicky warm pitta breads.
