★ Good Wine “As you’d expect from a wine that’s made of one third Cserszegi Fűszeres – Hungary’s Muscat-like white variety – this is immediately floral and juicy, but paired back by the grapefruit zing and fullness of the Zenit grape. It’s rounded and easy to like but with a mineral backbone that gives good length and freshness.“

About the Producer
Gallay winery is an artisan winery from Bükk in nothern Hungary, near Matra and Eger to the west of Tokaj. Gallay is dedicated to sustainable practices and its 11 hectare estate is currently undergoing organic conversion. The annual production is around 15,000 bottles per year. Winemaker-owner Roland Borbély founded the winery in 2012 and named it after his grandmother.
