Ben says
★★ Great Wine “This deeply coloured Bordeaux shows lots of youth given its age. It has a nose of ripe blackcurrant and crème brûlée. Bold on the palate with dried strawberry, black plum and more currants. It has a fresh, grippy and minty finish with hints of clove. It’s crazily quaffable wine – which at this price is either a sin or a compliment. “
KEY POINTS
63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc blend with 13.0% abv.

Food Pairing
This wine’s at its absolute peak and is very easy to drink happily. If you’re a meat eater, share a great steak with a friend and open a bottle of this. If you don’t eat meat, do the same over a baked camembert.
