About the Producer

Zamecke Vinarstvi Bzenec – or Castle Winery Bzenec – is one of Czechia’s largest producers but renowned for also leading the country’s quality-focused wine production. The winery tends to over 540 hectares across the Czech regions of Slovácko, Mikulovsk and Znojmo. They have been named the country’s Winery of the Year 8 times. The current chief winemaker is Zbyněk Žiška, with the winery’s strategy overseen by Borek Svoboda and his team.
