The tea-like, jagged tannins of this rich Malbec make it the perfect Malbec and steak pairing wine. Serve up with a ribeye, peppercorn sauce and thick cut chips. Veggies should plum for a portobello mushroom stuffed with stilton blue cheese and chargrilled.
