★ Good Wine “Aromas of grapefruit and lemon with a chalky palate mix of pithy lemon, basil and lemongrass. Fresh, zingy. Perfect lunchtime wine.”

Enjoyed this with a take on homemade Bruschetta: Shallots and garlic fried in olive oil, diced bacon, British cherry tomatoes, boiled new potatoes (quartered) and sweetheart cabbage, stir fried together with cayenne pepper and sweet paprika. Popped on top of sourdough toast and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
