Ben says

★★ Great Wine “Beautiful ruby colour and an immediately attractive fresh nose. Red fruited. Tight acidity and fantastic purity on the palate. Cocoa-like tannins. Great length. Simply it’s a Pinot Noir that’s tasting so so well.”

Givry 'Le Haut Colombier'

KEY POINTS

Varietal Pinot Noir with 13.0% abv. Wildly fermented and bottled with low sulphur.

Grown in: Burgundy, FRANCE

Food Pairing

Almost anything, right? That’s the quality to a good Pinot Noir, it should match with simple pizzas or Caesar salad to a rich Rib-eye steak and truffle chips. Although a good Pinot Noir for me is enjoyed by the glass, feet up, and a nice sheep’s cheese with crackers and a fig jam. Yum.
