KEY POINTS
Varietal Marselan with 14.2% abv. Cold maceration under 8°C for 3 days, prior to temperature controlled fermentation at <28°C with a final post-fermentation maceration for 3-7 days. The wine has 9 months ageing in stainless steel with oak treatment.
Grown in: Jinshan area of Helan Mountain East, Ningxia, CHINA.
Food Pairing
This is a good wine to enjoy on its own, but if you want to drink it with food look for easy and flavourful dishes like BBQ grill meats, burgers or pizza.

About the Producer
Jade Vineyard is located in the Jinshan region of China with vineyards planted on the eastern foothills of Mount Helan, beside Yinchuan City. The vines are nearly 1200m above sea level and cover an impressive 22 hectares. The winery is headed by owner Emma Ding and have been met with international acclaim, proving China is capable of producing extremely fine wine.
