Ben says
★ Good Wine “Light bright colour with aromas of lavender, redcurrants, strawberry, clove, kernel. Grippy berry notes over roasted tomato, vanilla, pepper, spice. Tight, green and lean finish. High acidity. Opens up later to a gamey mix of raspberries, tomatoes, violets, and sage. Not the most put together of vintages but well made wine. ”

About the Producer
Current generation winemaker Alain Javillier continues his father Jean’s drive for organic viticulture, having achieved the certificate in 1972, and tends to the estate’s 7.5 hectares of vines in some of the world’s most sought after plots. Yields across the estate are very low.
