Ben says

★ Good Wine Sharp (and perhaps a bit short) Riesling that packs a lot of character in its short bursts of flavour that leave you yearning for the next sip. Finger limes, zesty lemon, sour green apple and a linear focus rounds out in the finish with soft, slightly sweet notes of ripe white peach. A very good Riesling for the price.

About the Producer

Jim Barry helped put Clare Valley wine region on the map, becoming the first qualified winemaker in oenology in 1947 and later founding his namesake winery in 1956. The winery is still family-owned today, passed to his son Peter and now managed by his grandchildren, third generation winemaker Tom Barry and his siblings Sam and Olivia.
