Ben says
★ Good Wine “This skin contact wine is closer to a white wine than an orange wine in style. It has a beautiful aroma of honey apple, meadows and citrus. The acidity on the palate is as sharp as lightening. The fruit is lean but keen, brimming with apple skin tannins and mouth-watering lemon. There’s hay, hazelnut and bush tea to finish. It’s a good example of how fresh Chenin can be. It’s maybe just a bit young.”

KEY POINTS
Varietal Chenin Blanc with 13.0% abv. Chenin Blanc is soaked on its skins for 7 days.
