Ben says
★★★ Outstanding Wine “Instantly alluring nose filled with sweet tea, blue agave, juicy plum, cranberry, and Turkish delight. Smooth, juicy and lively on the palate it’s a bright and satisfying wine that is both fresh and long in the mouth. The tannins are light and well formed. A really surprising but beautiful take on Cinsault.“
KEY POINTS
Varietal Cinsault with 12.5% abv. Open fermented with wild yeasts. Small batch. 50% whole bunch and 50% destemmed. Malolactic fermentation is in old oak barrels.

Food Pairing
Serve it lightly chilled with Mediterranean Amberjack steak and polenta, or a quality tuna steak. It would also pair really well with lamb chops, mushrooms, or soy dishes, reflecting some of the versatility of great Pinot Noir. The spice and floral tones might also make it a good pairing with eastern Med cuisine.
