Ben says

★ Good Wine Almost water white in colour, this Riesling has a very aromatic lime nose, as well as some stone and mineral aromas (in the literal sense). The wine’s racy and bright with electric acidity; a mix of white pear and green plum. All primary and slightly candied ripe, but it’s textured and long. Hoping this will develop nicely…

Guerrieri Rizzardi '3 Cru' Amarone della Valpolicella Red Wine

KEY POINTS

Varietal Riesling with 12.0% abv. 100% free run juice (no pressing), natural yeast, and three months on lees.

Grown in: Clare Valley, AUSTRALIA.

Food Pairing

Zingy and ripe Riesling like this deserves seafood. It would also go well with cheese and often I find a nice lightly chilled Riesling is one of my favourite pairings with an eclectic cheeseboard.
