★ Good Wine “Deep ruby colour with purplish streaks. Immediately full of blackcurrants on the nose with a touch of pepper and sweet spice. It has a grapey hue on the palate, which gives it a vibrant and juicy kick, before mellowing into jammy dark bramble fruits. A softly spoken crowd-pleaser!“

Field blend (possibly containing Graciano, Monastrell, and Tinto Velasco) with 13.5% abv. Harvested from bush vines and co-fermented together.

I drank this with a homemade lentil bolognese and linguine. Simplicity and happiness very much did the job here!
